We are opening Cody Party Centre Franchises across Canada. We have developed a system that reduces the largest barrier for anyone trying to enter the rental industry... capital. With our system you can open a new store with a manageable amount of caital. This includes inventory, leasehold, wedding rental inventory and office equipment. A new Cody Party Centre Franchisee is responsible for all of their own retail ordering from our preferred suppliers, and also benefit from substantial discounts built in due to our buying volume from our Cody Party Stores, A Perfect Party by Cody and CLICKCOSTUMES.COM. This will only increase as we grow each division and add more Cody Party Centres.

The rental division is what requires capital and we are able to reduce that requirement by providing sub-rentals for all rental supplies at a reduced rate from our central store. A new owner can sub-rent from the central store until they feel comfortable enough that they have the capital and enough future business for that rental inventory investment. This inventory can also be re-rented to other stores or to the central store. As inventory is built up by the new Cody Party Centre Owner , the cost of sub-rentals will go down and the profits and cash flow will go up. Industry Overview

Our business is driven by a universal love of parties and entertaining; the convenience of renting and not having to do the dishes; disposable products; strong and dramatic seasonal growth (witness the strength of Halloween and the growing demand for luau and Mardi Gras and outdoor wedding and parties) and the ongoing special events in our lives such as birthdays, weddings and showers. The Party rentals and sales industry is only about 15 years old. Many of the rental operators are family businesses and have been in the business for some time and operate out of a warehouse in an industrial part of town. Most do not have good inventory selection or good marketing programs. Almost all, do not carry retail because of their locations. They are basically old and tired companies. The retail sector has two types of operators: the large box discount, destination store type and the smaller retail outlets. The large box party stores suffer due to low volume, high rents, poor service, and low margins. Generally consumers are not prepared to travel for what is usually a relatively small purchase if the same service is provided by a smaller but closer, more friendly and fun Cody Party Store. The smaller stores struggle because they don't have brand recognition, are not able to effectively advertise, merchandise and purchase through volume discounts. They are also not diversified enough to increase revenue during the slower months.

    Partnership Program General Overview
    • New Cody Party store franchise owners have the pleasure of doing something they love, work for themselves and be in business for themselves but not by themselves.
    • Cody will provide signage layout, lease of location, replicated web site and state of the art business management software. Cody will prepare all advertising including yellow pages, catalogues and web site.
    • Cody will provide and complete all administration functions during the first year of business including monthly statements, daily and weekly reporting, goverment remittances and accounts payable. This allows store owners to focuse on servicing customers and growing the business.
    • The new Cody Party store owner will have the opportunity to re-rent product from our central warehouse and purchase retail inventory from pre-selected suppliers.

Your local chartered bank also offer Small Business loans which are secured by the Federal Government for new business startups.
